This in depth instructional video shows how we make our 3D letters for events and parties. this was a commisioned build for an event planner. we did the entire alphabet (plus some doubles) as well as numbers 0-9.

timing - 3 weeks

materials:
30 sheets of 1/8 plywood
2 gallons of titebond original wood glue
2p10 instant glue and activator
23 gauge brad nails

tools:
table saw
jig saw (all cuts can be made with this tool)
router with flush trim bit
sander

came out great...enjoy!

Due to Montclair's strong artist community, the shop showcased local artists through Gallery Nights, hosted creative workshops & held concerts & private events.
