The sensory garden project in Sanford was a collaboration between Dave's House and Aspire Health Partners, made possible by a generous grant from Dr. Phillips Charities. Together, have created a beautiful sensory garden at Charlotte's Place in Sanford. This garden is part of Dave's House's 360 Resident Development Programs and offers a therapeutic environment for adults with serious mental illness. Sensory gardens provide numerous benefits, including reducing stress, enhancing mood, and improving overall well-being through engaging the senses with a variety of plants, textures, and fragrances.
