DIY: Repairing Kawasaki Pressure Washer (Belt Type)
(mostly used by local Carwash owner and hog raiser)



Tools and Materials:


Philips Screwdriver
Flat head Screwdriver (optional)
Combination Spanner 10, 12 & 14mm
Adjustable Wrench
Multi-purpose Grease
Repair Kit (available online)
Kerosene and Soap for cleaning parts


Your Kawasaki Pressure Washer suddenly lost water pressure!


First check your hoses connections and cracks or leaks.

Suction Hose must be fitted with filter at all times! Any small debris that has passed inside the suction hose can travel up to the pump and may blocked valve assembly or Spray gun nozzle


Check also the fan belt tension



Assuming that the Electric Induction Motor is in running condition, we may need to check the valves and Packing Seal in the cylinder!
