Today, we explore a project by Kisarq Constructora on a 8 x 18-meter plot with 210 m² of construction. The house features one bedroom on the ground floor and three on the upper level, including the master bedroom, which stands out with a lattice wall for privacy and attractive views.

The façade combines San Andrés stone and parota wood. Upon entering, a vestibule with a wooden staircase is illuminated by a skylight, and the social area integrates the living room, dining room, and kitchen in an open space with black granite and porcelain finishes.

Upstairs, two bedrooms share a bathroom, while the master bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet, a bathroom with double sinks, and ventilation to a patio. The design is prepared for a possible third level.
