Today I want to share with you my recipe for boiled meat that you can prepare very easily in the pressure cooker.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of butter
1 onion
5-6 cloves of garlic
600 grams of beef
1 bay leaf
4 cups of hot water
5-6 baby carrots
5 medium size potatoes
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 dessert spoon of salt

for dressing:
1 egg yolk
Juice of 1 small lemon
1 dessert spoon of flour
half a cup of water
