INGREDIENTS~

Measuring cup used- 200ml
Cake tin used- 6" diameter

All purpose flour or maida- 1 cup or 225 g
Refined oil- 1/2 cup
Milk-half cup
Powdered sugar-half cup
Baking powder- 1 and tsp
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
vinegar
Tutti frutti- 1/4 cup
Take some Full Cream Milk,keep it for boiling.After boiling the Milk for 10-15 mins,put Sugar in it & boil it for 3-4 mins more.Keep it for cooling down.Then put some Oil in it.
Keep the pan for pre-heating and grease the Cake mould with Oil/Ghee/Butter & dust some All Purpose Flour in it.
In a bowl,take All Purpose Flour,Custard Powder,Baking Powder & mix them then put them gradually in the boiled Milk.Put the Cake Batter in the greased Cake Mould,coat some Tutti Frutti with All Purpose Flour and put them in batter.Bake the Cake in the pre-heated pan for 40-50 mins on slow flame.After 20-25 mins,you can garnish it with some chopped Pistachios.In this way,Spongy & Soft Cake will get ready so easily at home.
