My weeks have been filled with chaos of late, so when there is a moment to breathe I have been doing my best to move slowly and remain calm. It's left me feeling somewhat detached to things I would otherwise feel the need to control or cling to, and it's been rather nice for a gal who has severely struggled with that in the past.

If anything, I've learnt that no matter the circumstances I am in, or the pace life is demanding of me, there is always room for art and that is all that really matters.
