The tragic death of an Ernst & Young (EY) employee due to an overwhelming workload has sparked a conversation about the harsh work culture in India's leading firms. The seriousness of this issue was brought to light by an email sent by Anna Augustine's mother, Anita Augustine, to EY India head Rajiv Memani, where she alleged that her daughter's death was due to inhumane work harassment. In this video, I discuss my personal experiences of facing issues with managers, along with the perspectives of some friends who have also suffered in similar situations.
