Your babyballet Teacher can’t wait to meet you at your first babyballet Tinies class really soon. Our Tinies classes are for children from 18 months to 3 years.

Before you start your trial, we want to share a few things that will help you and your child make the most of your experience and let you know what to expect.

Our babyballet Tinies classes follow a structured programme specially designed to give your child a magical introduction to the world of music and dance.

We understand that trying something new can be a bit overwhelming and that's why we offer everyone a three-week trial. It takes a little time to get used to the routine of coming to class and understand how it all works. So please don’t worry if your child doesn’t jump right in straight away. They could be a little shy or nervous and hesitant to join in, and this is completely normal.

Our babyballet Tinies class is designed for both children and their grown-ups to enjoy together. So, it is really important for you to take part in the class too. Your child will take their cues from you, so the more that you join in, the more your child will too!

You'll be showing them how to follow along with actions of the songs and listen to the teacher's instructions. So, during the class, try to keep chatting between grown-ups to a minimum. Children can get easily distracted and over-stimulated, and we want to create the best environment for everyone.

babyballet is more than just a dance class, we love teaching children to dance but our classes promote so much more than that. Children will learn how to interact with their friends, take turns and co-operate. We will help to build their confidence as they use their imagination to go on wonderful adventures. Beyond dance steps, babyballet teaches core-development skills such as listening, spatial awareness, numeracy, communication and more!

When you arrive at your first class, we ask that your child is as ready as possible, if they are toilet trained or are in the process of doing so, it might be a good idea to make sure they have been to the toilet before class.

Once in the hall we ask you to remove all outdoor shoes, leave personal belongings to one side and your teacher will be ready to welcome you and show you where to sit.

We do have a strict no food or drink rule in our classes, except for water in a non-spill bottle. Just be mindful that it should not be taken where the children are dancing.

Also, we please be aware have a no photo and filming policy during the class, we kindly ask that you respect this rule as it is in place for child protection purposes. But we encourage you to take lots of photos before or after classes to capture those precious memories!

We can’t wait to welcome you to the magical world of babyballet® really soon.
