"Voice of the Heart" é o décimo primeiro álbum de estúdio da dupla musical americana Carpenters . Foi lançado em 1983 após a morte de Karen e contém as duas músicas de suas últimas sessões de gravação, "Now" e "You're Enough", bem como faixas inéditas de sessões de seus álbuns anteriores A Kind of Hush , Passage e Feito na América . Pelo menos uma música, "In Love Alone", deveria estar neste álbum, mas Karen não teve a oportunidade de ouvir a faixa ou gravar um vocal para ela antes de sua morte; seria lançado em 1987 noálbum solo de Richard, Time, com Dionne Warwick nos vocais principais.

A última gravação de Karen, "Now", foi gravada em abril de 1982, enquanto Karen fazia uma pausa no tratamento médico em Nova York e retornava temporariamente para a Califórnia. A música foi gravada em um take.
As faixas foram finalizadas por Richard meses após a morte de Karen.
