Peach Cobbler Recipe

3 Can of Peaches in heavy syrup
1 Cup of granulated sugar
2 pie crusts (1 box)
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 Stick of butter (1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
3 teaspoons of flour


Steps:

Pour your 3 cans of peaches into a medium pot over medium heat.
Add in one cup of sugar, one stick of butter, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Give it a good mix.
Allow the peaches to come to a rapid boil.
In a bowl mix 3 teaspoons of flour with juice from your peaches until you form a paste.
Stir in your paste into your boiling peach syrup.
Allow to thicken.
Roll out your crust and place it into a baking dish (butter or spray dish prior to placing in dough).
Pour your peaches and syrup, and allow to cool.
Add your top crust and apply an egg wash on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
