I saw this design for a redneck air conditioning unit on youtube and decided to modify it slightly. In the video I take you through the simple design and show you what you need to make your own for cheap! I was able to make mine for the cost of the cooler + the pvc because I already had a fan at home that would fit.

Here is what you will need:

+Styrofoam cooler (the kind you see everywhere in the summer)
+A small desk fan (the more powerful the better, just has to fit in the cooler lid)
+2 liters or milk jugs with water froze in them
+pen
+knife
+electrical outlet
