About the speakers:
Harry Flett - Head of Product (  / harryflett  )
Harry joined as employee number 5, and has helped grow the team to over 80. He was the first product hire, and now leads the product function with Tracksuit’s Head of Engineering, Stu.

Prior to Tracksuit, Harry led the launch of Crimson Global Academy, an online high school founded by Kiwi unicorn Crimson Education. Harry has played a key part in building a product and workplace that people love. Also known for his energy at Tracksuit, he will willingly put on a full face of green face paint for a product release video (he played Shrek in the previously mentioned product video with Laura).

Laura Weir - Senior Product Manager (  / lauraweir-nz  )
She began her journey in marketing before transitioning into product design and eventually finding her niche in product management. Her passion for marketing and design makes her the perfect fit for Tracksuit’s commitment to building a beautiful, simple market research product.

Known at Tracksuit for her high energy, storytelling abilities, and outrageous costumes (including her memorable debut as Donkey in a Shrek-themed product release video), Laura brings joy to the craft of product management.

With a career deeply rooted in the start-up ecosystem, Laura has previously led product initiatives at ArchiPro and LearnCoach, two other innovative Kiwi start-ups. A natural leader at Tracksuit, Laura is passionate about growing an inclusive and high-impact workplace.
