In this video, I'll showing my study strategy in medical school that doesn't involve taking any notes. For most of my life as a student, I took notes during class and re-read to prepare for exams. However, when I got to medical school, I realized that this strategy wouldn't allow me to keep up with the pace of information. This is what led me to adopt a new strategy built on the principles of active recall and spaced repetition. Through this strategy, I was able to study more efficiently and have more time for activities outside of school.
