INGREDIENTS:
Parwal(рдкрд░рд╡рд▓) - 500 Gram
Water(рдкрд╛рдиреА) - For Boiling
Baking Soda(рдмреЗрдХрд┐рдВрдЧ рд╕реЛрдбрд╛) - 1/4 Tsp
Ice Cold Water(рдмрд░реНрдл рдХрд╛ рдардВрдбрд╛ рдкрд╛рдиреА)

For Sugar Syrup:
Sugar(рдЪреАрдиреА) - 1/2 Cup
Water(рдкрд╛рдиреА) - 1/2-3/4 Cup
Cardamom(рдЗрд▓рд╛рдпрдЪреА) - 3-4
Kewra Essance(рдХреЗрд╡рдбрд╝рд╛ рдПрд╕реЗрдВрд╕) - 2-3 Drops

For Stuffing:
Mawa/Khoya(рдорд╛рд╡рд╛/рдЦреЛрдпрд╛) - 200 Gram
Sugar Powder(рдЪреАрдиреА рдкрд╛рдЙрдбрд░)- 4 Tbsp or As Per Taste
Dry Fruits(рдореЗрд╡реЗ) - 2-3 Spoon
Cardamom Powder(рдЗрд▓рд╛рдпрдЪреА рдкрд╛рдЙрдбрд░) - Some
Desiccated Coconut(рдирд╛рд░рд┐рдпрд▓ рдмреБрд░рд╛рджрд╛) - For Garnishing
Karonda Cherry(рдХрд░реЛрдВрджрд╛ рдЪреЗрд░реА) - For Garnishing
Pistachio(рдкрд┐рд╕реНрддрд╛) - For Garnishing
Silver Vark(рд╕рд┐рд▓реНрд╡рд░ рд╡рд░реНрдХ) - For Garnishing

RECIPE:
Take some Parwal wash & peel them. Cut the Parwal from the center leaving the bottom part. Take out the seeds from the Parwal carefully. Then take a vessel and heat some water in it. Once the water starts to boil put the peeled Parwal & Baking Soda into it. Let the Water boil again and then boil the Parwal for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the flame and strain the water from the Parwal and put them on a strainer so that the entire water drips down. Then put the boiled Perwal into chilled Water to stop their cooking.
For Sugar Syrup, keep the pan on the flame & put Sugar & Water & let the mixture boil. Then put crushed Cardamom & Kewra Essence in it & make a sticky Sugar Syrup. Then put all the boiled Parwal into this syrup and boil for 3-4 minutes on a slow flame. Flip the side of the Parwal while boiling it. Turn off the flame & take out the Parwal from the syrup and put them on a plate.
For Filling, on a plate, take some Khoya/Mawa & put some Powdered Sugar, nicely chopped Dry Fruits like - Almonds, Cashew Nuts & Pistachio & Cardamom Powder & mix all well. The filler to stuff the Parwal is ready. Now stuff each Parwal with the filling Press the filler with light hands so it settles down inside the Parwal. Prepare all the Sweet in the same manner. Garnish with Desiccated Coconut, Pistachio, Karonda Cherries & Silver Vark. In this way, Parwal Sweet is ready to serve.
