Ingredients :

Marination :

500 gms Pork (with fats) - cut into bite size, washed well & drained
1 tbsp Pepper Powder (kali mirch powder) - preferably freshly ground
½ tsp Fennel Seeds Powder (saunf powder)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder (haldi powder)
1 tsp Coriander Powder (dhania powder)
½ tsp Cumin Powder (jeera powder)
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp White Vinegar
1 sprig Curry Leaves (torn into half)

Other Ingredients :

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
2 medium size (160 gms) Onion Petals (cut into cubes & peel each cube to form "Petals")
3 Green Chillies (slit or punctured)
2 tbsp (15 gms) Garlic - finely chopped
½ inch (7 gms) Ginger - finely chopped
1 tsp Pepper Powder (kali mirch powder) - preferable freshly ground
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder


Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
Use Oil as per your diet restrictions
Use Chillies as per your spice preference
Always wash curry leaves & coriander leaves before use
