Manchester City star Erling Haaland was confronted by police wearing balaclavas and asked for identification during a raid on his favorite beach club.
The Norway international was filmed reaching into his pocket to pull out his ID card after being caught while enjoying a relaxing moment at the resort’s popular Playa Padre from Marbella. Moments earlier, heavily armed police in riot gear were seen rushing towards the beach club as a helicopter flew overhead.
Sunday night’s dramatic attack at the club, officially opened in 2017 by Hollywood actress Eva Longoria, came three weeks after police wearing bulletproof vests stormed the popular Ocean Beach club in Neighboring Puerto Banus, as part of a similar operation. Stunned British holidaymakers, in swimming shorts and bikinis, were ordered out of the pool so they could identify themselves.
