Job Title: Animal Care Manager

Job Status: Full Time, Grass Valley, Live On-Site

Position: The Animal Care Manager assists in the care of the 300 animals (pigs, chickens, cows, turkeys, sheep, goats, rabbits) living at the sanctuary under the supervision of the Animal Care Director. The Animal Care Manager is responsible for the cleaning, feeding, and medical care of the animals, as well as training and supervising the caregivers, interns, and volunteers, delegating daily responsibilities to the animal care staff, leading healthchecks, leading meetings when the animal care director is off and many other tasks.

Start Date: Mid to late September 2020
