This restorative practice is meant to help you unwind from the tension and stress in your life. Not only will this loosen your muscles and assist in workout recovery, but it will help you find peace of mind as you slow down and cultivate a deeper connection to self.

This practice is about slow, long holds and watching your breath. It is a more meditative practice to still the mind. Be gentle with your body and make the adjustments that are needed.
