First menu to use all-around onion is onion-ghetti. With just the all-around onion, you can upgrade the flavor of jjajang ramyun. We’ll soon release the next menu using all-around onion!

Yangpa(Onion)-ghetti

[Ingredients]
All-around onion 45g (1 block)
Jjajang ramyun 1 packet
Water 600ml (3 paper cups)
Pepper paste 5g (1 tsp)

* If the all-around onion is frozen, let it thaw at room temperature.
* Water volume might change depending on heat and the type of a pot.


[Directions]

1. Pour 600ml (3cups) of water and dry ingredients in a pot to boil.
2. Once water boils, put in jjajang ramyun and cook.
3. Remove water retaining about 100ml (half cup).
4. Add 5g (1 tsp) of pepper paste and 45g (1 block) of all-around onion to the pan over low heat.
5. Add jjajang seasoning at low heat and mix.
6. Plate up and finish with some olive oil.
