I've been getting asked quite a bit about the cost of renting in Seattle from those who either plan to move here from out of State or are wanting to move into the city from the suburbs - so I decided to do a little digging as if I were going on a hunt for a new place to live and uncover some good deals!

Since I've been seeing a ton of videos covering apartment prices already, I figured I'd show you all how to maximize your money even more and get a larger and nicer space for about the same or less price than what you'd be paying for a comparable apartment in the city.

Note that all of these homes were also offering 2-4 weeks of free rent too! Deals on rentals have been so great, the city's apartment/townhome rentals have been filling up like crazy - when I look out my own high-rise home, I see all the buildings around me are almost fully rented out. Yet there are still some great deals to be had so watch my video now to see what I was able to find!
