The comedy "Amanet" is the most watched movie in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2022 and one of the most watched Bosnian movies in theaters ever! So far, he has played at over 80 locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the diaspora.

Full theaters and the enthusiasm of some of the biggest Balkan names from the film world testify to the popularity of this family comedy.

At the South East European Film Festival (Paris-Berlin-Washington 2023) "Amanet" won as many as 3 awards:

It was also included in the official selection of the feature film screening program (non-competitive part) at the 9th Balkan Panorama Film Festival in Izmir, as well as in the official selection of the BH Film program at the 29th Sarajevo Film Festival.

"Amanet" is a comedy about love, friendship and the shackles of customs, but also a drama that causes a roller coaster of emotions, and only a few do not bring tears. According to many viewers, this is "a film with soul". Some returned to the cinema twice, and some even three times, wanting their family and friends to experience the same viewing experience.

Based on the reactions so far, the film is very attractive to the younger population as well as the older, because it takes them back to the time when values that are disappearing in the modern world were cultivated.

The story begins in a small village in central Bosnia in 1989, when Asad returns from school with the desire to marry his childhood sweetheart. Not knowing that his son already has marriage plans, father Agan arranges his son's marriage with the father of another girl whom Asad does not even know. After the sudden death of his father, the whole village begins to remind Asad of his bequest to his father, and until then the boring everyday life in the village becomes a dynamic and comical revelation of all the characters and their individual stories.
