In my life, I've been quite the nomad (lived in Chicago, LA, Seoul, NYC and now back in LA!) So naturally, despite being an extrovert, I've learned to appreciate my own company over the years. However, I've noticed that my comfort zone when alone was limited to simple activities like dining out, going to cafes, or browsing through shops.

I've had a bucket list of experiences I've been wanting to check off, but various reasons - conflicting schedules, personal preferences, or simply catching up with friends - kept me from diving into them. Today, though, I decided to tackle one of those activities alone: taking a pottery class I've been putting off for years!
