Using the exceptionally good Arturia CS-80v Software Synthesizer and external midi keyboard, I came up with this attempt (after several hours of tweaking!) at the classic CS-80 sound used in the opening credits of Bladerunner.
Sound quality, timing and my playing leave a lot to be desired :)
Pitch bend isn't quite right but its hard replicating the ribbon controller range with a thumbwheel. Modulation wheel is used to change various parameters live to achieve a more or less raspy / throatier sound.
It's an ongoing venture to keep tweaking to get the effect as near as possible to the original.
