Hamilton has indicated a desire to buy the team, and a member of his entourage was seen with the Gresini team at the Dutch GP in Assen. Hamilton has shown interest in purchasing Gresini from current team manager Nadia Padovani, and this move was initially mentioned by The Race's sources at the start of the Dutch TT weekend at Assen.
