My 12 year old nephew Cole qualified in the Platinum level for the Nastar National Championships in Winter Park this year. His father qualified in the Silver level. They both raced on Friday and Saturday. Cole competed against kids from ski teams all over the country, two kids from Chile that ski half the year in Vail and half the year in Chile. He had fun and is already talking about next year.
