Two minors have been arrested in connection with the attack on former New York Gov. David Patterson, 70, and his stepson Friday, according to authorities. Patterson, who's legally blind, suffered injuries to his face and body. Retired NYPD Detective David Sarni says a rise in youth crime has been a growing problem in the city and nationally.
