Suntour XCR 32 Lower Leg Service.
This is the procedure to remove and reinstall the lower legs on your Suntour XCR 32 (and others) fork.

Oil in Suntour forks?

My original plan was to convert these forks to have an oil bath, but there is a reason why I didn't do this
I was shocked (excuse the pun) to see a major lack of grease inside the lowers.
I re-greased, installed soaked foam washers, and put a travel indicator ring on the air spring stanchion.

TORQUE SETTINGS FOR BOTTOM BOLTS: 10Nm
