Bet you’ve never heard it like this before! Yes, it’s the same old song we all grew up knowing, but in a brand new way.
I’ve been singing this song to my baby boys since my son Christopher was born nearly 30 years ago now. I discovered along the way that this is actually a blues song. Although, I had always heard it sung as a happy little tune, the lyrics are clearly heavy words.
So, my four boys and my wife have all heard me sing this song, but I rarely sing it for anyone else. You have probably never heard it like this before, and I hope you enjoy it.
