We had the opportunity to interview Dave Feldman, known for his cholesterol experiments and research, and asked him to explain what the most recent research tells us about keto and cholesterol. Because (spoiler alert) it's not as simple as high cholesterol = bad. Plus there may have been a discussion about why Oreos may lower cholesterol...but that (unfortunately) doesn't mean they're good for you.
