Hello! Today is the recipe for tender buns!
3 eggs.
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine (75 g).
5 tablespoons of sugar (70 g).
1 teaspoon of salt (5 g).
250 ml of warm milk.
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 g).
700 g of wheat flour.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Cover with a lid or towel.
