End credits of Spearhead from Space Episode 1.
Remarkably different colours from the usual version of these credits.
I don't believe this is a broadcast fault - colours are normal immediately before and after the credits. I think this unique feature was on the copy of Episode 1 sent to the ABC.
I've never found an explanation as to why this variant exists; or confirmation that it was broadcast any other time.
