I hesitated a long time before publishing this video and I told myself that if I don't do it for myself, I need to do it for those who suffer from the same disease...

The disease in question is Crohn's disease, I was diagnosed in 2001. At that time, I didn't know anything about this disease and by doing a little bit of research I realized that my life would forever be changed... I discovered that the disease was terribly altered and that in the 10 years following the diagnosis I had 90% chances to get a surgery to get a piece of intestine removed... How would you have reacted at my place? I freaked out...

But that was the traditional medicine version... I started to do research by myself and I turned to eating habits, I figured that if I had an issue regarding my digestive system, eating habits would have an influence on the symptoms... To be continued in the video 😀
