Rhyl has often been described as the worst seaside town in Wales and even in Britain!
Apparently, it is a place with no history, no culture, nothing to do and the busiest road is always the road leading out of Rhyl.
And to be fair, it really isn't a town centre in which I feel comfortable to walk around after dark.
