American professional eater Randy Santel versus Smokey Moo's 3.5kg "Mighty Moo" Australian BBQ Platter Challenge meant to feed 6-8 person families and groups that costs $375 AUD if you can't finish it solo all by yourself in Newstead of central Brisbane, Queensland, Australia!! My girlfriend ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ and I left Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia and headed east over to Brisbane, Queensland, Australia where I attempted 5 delicious Australian competitive eating challenges around the greater Brisbane metro area, including Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. For food challenge #4, Katina and I walked over to Smokey Moo in Newstead, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia so we could each attempt Smokey Moo's 3.25-3.5kg "Do The Moo" Mighty Australian BBQ Platter Challenge. The giant $375 AUD barbecue sharing platter usually feeds 6-8 people, but even then most groups fail to finish everything. I had just 1 hour to finish everything solo all by myself. There was 2 kilograms (4.5lbs) of juicy cuts of smoked barbecue beef. There were 500 gram (~1lb) portions each of wagyu beef pastrami, smoked wagyu beef brisket, beef short rib meat, and tender beef cheek. The platter included sides of coleslaw, cob salad, garlic bread, and Moo Fries. I was trying to become just the 2nd champion to finish and win my $375 AUD barbeque feast free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Smokey Moo's Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to everyone with Smokey Moo in Newstead, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia for the wonderful food, drinks, desserts, and hospitality!!
