BIBINGKA is traditional food on Christmas, a lot of people here in the Philippines crave for this
now you can make it on your own, you can cook this on traditional way or in oven, and all you need its the following ingredients

2 1/4 cup rice flour (normal rice)
1/2 cup glutinous rice flour (malagkit)
1 cup sugar (adjust depend on your liking)
1 tbspn plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tspn salt
1 1/2 cup pure coconut milk (kakang gata)
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter plus extra for greasing
banana leaves

toppings
margarine
slices of salted eggs
grated coconut (fresh)
cheese
