Hoi An, one of the most anticipated stops on our Vietnam trip. We spent 5 days in this bustling and beautiful ancient town to see if it was worth the hype. Locals taught us how to cook traditional Vietnamese food, we rode a basket boat, took a boat ride on the picturesque lantern-filled river, tried some of Hoi An's specialty food dishes, and pitted two of Hoi An's most famous Banh Mi sandwich shops against each other!
