My first experience trying Hot Pot @lahorehotpot.

Gotta say, this was a wonderful and slightly painful experience - wonderful because it was a cold winter night and the hot pot broth warmed us up with the spicy flavours but painful because I had to patiently wait for it to cook up, the smell just kept getting better and better! Overall a great experience, I was especially impressed with the meat quality.

Also big thumbs up for using as much local produce and not using kola drinks, but instead local Pakistani soda 👌🏽

The only thing to note is once they top up the broth, the flavour is ever so slightly diluted so make sure you ask them to add the appropriate flavoring for it. This is a must have especially during winter, so enjoyable 😋
