Stećci are located in the hamlet of Brkića Potok, village of Gornja Vrućica, near Teslić. They are located on a wooded hill, on the right bank of the stream, about a hundred meters away from the village asphalt road, and about 2 kilometers deep into the village from the local Teslić-Blatnica road.
From Petar Bogunović's book "From the Uso region and surroundings": Although the area where these ancient monuments are located is inhabited by the Serbian Orthodox and Roman Catholic population, their belief about these graves is undivided. Both believe that they contain the bones of members of the family of Duke Momčila, who once ruled these regions. Although there are no Christian markings on the graves, they are still convinced that they are Christians. In the spring of 1916, Captain Bauer excavated under the stećak. On that occasion, certain items were found that were once handed over to the National Museum in Sarajevo. One gold ring, made in Dubrovnik. On it, on the upper side, you can see two heads, male and female, and on the lower side, two hands joined as a sign of shaking hands. One silver ring with a hard-to-read inscription. Another gold ring with beautiful ornamentation. In addition, there were several pieces of expensive brocade with gold thread (weft), remnants of clothing. Finally, there was a piece of iron and a large nail coin. It is claimed that the historian Vladislav Skarić read the inscription on the ring as "God helps Virnima".
