This is my take on a Quill Volley build, I used a mix of eagle spirit/quill to level up then started trying the build that ended up as this at about lvl 50 ish. If what I'm saying about the Rod is confusing, just check the build planner and it'll make sense! :D Cheers!

Still haven't fully optimized gear or fully masterworked. Still waiting for better gear.

Max pit so far, 101 (Swapped soar with adaptable scourge. 103 with Tyrael's (Put duelists on boots)

If you're pushing higher (100+) the enemies don't melt so much so you can use scourge instead of soar as you wont need the mobility and armored hide will keep up more consistently to provide unstoppable.

Will make an updated vid for the more optimal version (with Mythics) soon.

Pros:
It's fun as heck to play.
Great clear thanks to vortex.
Decent single target damage.
Easy to play.
Easy to get the gear. (took about 8 hrs gametime casually helltiding and a couple of bosses)
It throws feathers.
Lots of feathers.
You wont BELIEEEVE the amount of feathers you can throw.
You're like a bird, you only fly away.
You wont know where your soul is, you wont know where your home is.

Cons:
It's just a basic build at the moment. Can't do high tier pits as I am right now (100+ etc) Will work on improving it!
