Hello Sweet Friend and Welcome back,
In today's I am taking you inside my classroom to deep clean the sink, then bring you back to my home for an easy DIY, give you a sneak peak of my main bathroom makeover, and finishing in my favorite part of the home: the heart baking a sourdought discard zucchini raisin bread.

Zucchini Bread Recipie
-1 1/2 shredded zucchini
-splash of vanilla
-2 teaspoon cinnamon (or more depending on your taste)
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon baking poweder
-1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup sourdough discard
1 1/2 cup of all purpose unbleach flour or bread flour (if you are going to use bread flour skip the baking powder)
2 eggs at room temperature
1/2 oil (I used avocado)
1/2 rasins or nuts of your choice. You can also add chocolate chip.

I used by bread machine on the quick bread setting but you can bake this loaf at 350 for about 45 minutes.
