Ingredients for pound:
2 inch Ginger
6-7 Cloves garlic
7-8 birds eyes chilli
**Pound all the ingredients coarsely. Set a side

Ingredients:
800g-1kg Chicken
1 potato
1 tsp Fennel seeds
1 stalk cinnamon
2 star anise
2 stalk lemongrass
2-3 garlic
2 onions
1 tbsp Chicken curry powder
1 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tomato
2 spring of curry leaves
3-5 birds eye chilli
1 cup water
Some black pepper powder
Half of holland onion
Some coriander leaves


Sauces:
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
2-3 sweet soy sauce
2-3 light soy sauce
1-2 dark caramel sauce
