LIVERPOOL: "Ambulance and helicopter!" Knife attacker attacks children! Eyewitness speaks out

Two children were killed and nine others injured, six of them seriously, in a knife attack in Southport, England. A 17-year-old attacked a community center where a Taylor Swift workshop was taking place. The suspected perpetrator was arrested on suspicion of murder. Britain's Prime Minister expressed his condolences. The investigation is ongoing.
