Kynance Homestay is situated in Ramdhura, a small village, located in the Kalimpong district of West Bengal. The village is nestled in the middle of a forest of pine trees and cinchona plantations. It is located on a all-weather road connecting Rongpo with Kalimpong town and can be easily accessed from either point. It is also situated at a moderate altitude and can be visited all year round. All these factors make it the ideal starting point for a trip to the fabled Old Silk Route.

The village offers spectacular views of Mt. Kangchenjunga, the third highest peak in the world, towering over the rolling green hills of the Teesta valley. It is also home to the Jalsa British bungalow, an ancient relic of colonial splendour. The village is also close to attractions such as Delo Park, Durpin Dara Monasteryas well as Pineview Nursery and Cactus Garden.

Overall it is the ideal place to spend a few days in the lap of nature, far from the hustle and bustle of urban life.

The homestay has a total of five rooms. They are decorated with locally sourced pine wood, which add a natural feel to the place. Four of the rooms are located on the first floor and are equipped with two double beds each and are priced at only ₹1500/- per night. The fifth room has three double beds and is priced at only ₹1800/- per night. All rooms have attached toilets with geyser facility.

The site also has a fully equipped kitchen that serves delicious meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner for just ₹500/- per day per person.
