On October 14, 2021 the Washington University Libraries and English Department hosted writer Joy Williams for an exclusive reading and conversation. The event was part of the university's Assembly Series and also celebrated her literary papers and the "Joy Williams: Honored Guest" exhibition in Olin Library and online.
