Michael Ponti, Piano • Berlin Symphony conducted by Volker Schmidt-Gertenbach. Recording date: 1978 in Südwest Tonstudio, Stuttgart
Michael Ponti, who is known from recalling forgotten pieces to live, plays one of the most unknown Chopin' s piece. Polish composer has planned his third Piano Concerto, but he never finished it. He published only the one movement - Allegro, as Op.46. This is the rare version for piano & orchestra. Arrangement by polish composer and cellist Kazimierz Wiłkomirski.
I'm uploading it only for education, preview and promotion purposes (owner of all copyrights: Vox, CDX 5064) - please support artists and buy their works. I think it is possible to buy it now; it was released in 1992.
