Spinach Tuna Salad Serves 1 toddler (1 infant in parentheses)
Spinach 34g (23.8g)
Carrots 12g (8.4g)
6g (4.2g) canned tuna in oil
6g (4.2g) White sesame seeds 1.2g (0.8g)
Vinegar 0.7g (0.5g)
Soy sauce 1.7g (1.2g)
Sugar 0.7g（0.5g
The recommended serving size for adults is twice that of infants.
For a family with 2 adults and 2 children, multiply by 6❁¨¨.

(For easy preparation)
1 bunch (150g) spinach
1/2 of a medium carrot
30 g canned tuna in oil
2 teaspoons or less white sesame seeds
2/3 teaspoon vinegar
1 and 1/3 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
If you don't have any other use for the canned tuna, you can use one can.

If you have no other use for the tuna, you can add one can.
