- 100g All purpose flour
(中力粉)
- 10g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 1/4Tsp Salt
(塩)
- 1/2Tsp Seasoning powder
(がらスープ)
- 140ml Dashi
(おだし)
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
(冷蔵庫で30分)
- 200g Shrimp
(えび)
- 200g Cabbage
(キャベツ)
- 20g Green onion
(ねぎ)
- 1Tsp Baking powder
(ベーキングパウダー)
- 2 Eggs
(卵)
- 50g Taro
(タロイモ)
- 1Tbsp Vegetable oil
(サラダ油)
- Low heat 5~7 minutes
(弱火 5~7分)
- Okonomiyaki sauce
(お好み焼きソース)
- Mayyonaise
(マヨネーズ)
- Dried green seaweed
(青海苔)
- Bonito Flakes
(花かつお)
