Willi Bruckbauer, CEO of Bora, took two minutes out of his busy day at Living Kitchen to demonstrate the company’s new combined cooktop and extractor – the Bora Classic 2.0.

Bruckbauer has come a long way since he “perfected the extractor hood” 10 years ago. Now, Bora presents an extractor that sits directly on the work surface, at ground zero, amongst the powerful cooktops.

One key advantage of the Bora Classic 2.0 that Bruckbauer stresses is the placement of the touch panel. It sits in the middle, near the extractor, so as not to take up valuable cooking space. Another feature that makes this superior to a regular cooker hood is the two, detachable, dishwasher-safe parts that the extractor consists of, making it quick and easy to clean.
