Valentino "Val" San Diego and his wife Ofelia, have always been a household name associated with the Sinulog celebration in Cebu.

For years, the couple and their dancers from the San Diego Dance Company have always performed in the Sinulog festival, until they were elevated to the competition's hall of fame for consistently winning the grand prize in the 1990's.

This did not stop them from dancing during the yearly Fiesta Señor though, as they wanted to continue expressing their love and devotion to the Holy Child Jesus.
